( Westwood ) - Cincinnati Police say they made the largest Carfentanil/fentanyl seizure in department history earlier this month.
On July 7, police arrested 37-year-old Craig Williams after what they can an "ongoing drug trafficking investigation." Investigators searched two properties they say are associated with Williams and they allegedly found five pounds of the powerful painkillers Carfentanil, fentanyl, U47700, along with heroin. Police say they also seized $29,000 in cash and a pair of loaded guns in addition to various paraphernalia associated with drug trafficking.
Williams is now under indictment in Hamilton County on multiple counts of drug trafficking.
