(Cincinnati,Oh.)--The funeral arrangements for Peyton James West have been released.
The 13 year-old passed away last Thursday, after he collapsed during his first day of school.
The Goshen boy was born with a heart defect requiring a heart transplant which he received in March. His family says he was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome and needed three open-heart surgeries before his fifth birthday.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, at the Goshen High School.
The funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at the Eastside Christian Church, St. Rt. 131, Milford.
In lieu of flowers his family requests that memorials be made to The Heart Institute at Children's Hospital, P.O. Box 5202 Cincinnati, OH 45201-5202
