Warrant Issued for Man to Testify in Kelsie Crow Murder Trial

(Cincinnati, Oh.)--Police have issued a warrant for a man who was supposed to testify in the murder of 17-year-old Kelsie Crow.

Terrence Smith, was supposed to show up on Monday and again Tuesday. Hamilton County Prosecutor Seth Tieger, said Tuesday that Terrence Smith, has not appeared and is ignoring subpoena.

Two eyewitnesses claimed that they saw Rico Mosley shoot a gun in the direction of Kelsie Crow's car the night she was killed. 

The Purcell-Marion High School honor roll student was killed trying to drive away from the party at the Melrose YMCA.

Police say The standout soccer player got caught in the crossfire of feuding gangs.
