(700 WLW)- A lawsuit was filed Monday against the city of Norwood by Police Chief William Kramer. The suit requests a temporary restraining order against four other city employees including Norwood Law Director Keith Moore, Safety Service Director Joseph Geers, Mayor Thomas Williams, and Norwood Police Captain Keith Belleman. Kramer claims because of budget problems, he had to reassign duties for some of the officers and that has been challenged by the mayor. Kramer says the mayor is overstepping his boundaries.
