(700 WLW)- Tuesday afternoon, District Three officers responded to the 1000 block of Seton Avenue for a report of a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located Joseph Leonard, male 33 years of age, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center by the Cincinnati Fire Department where he succumbed to his injuries.
