Lachey's bar employee 27-year-old Ellie Richardson remains in the hospital as she continues to recover from a gunshot wound to the face. She is in stable condition, but her recovery time is expected to be lengthy. Last Thursday, Richarson was leaving work around 3 a.m. when a van almost ran into her, she and the driver exchanged words, and then the driver shot her in the face.
