( Cincinnati, OH ) - Update: Cincinnati Police have two men in custody for the murder of 21 year-old Diamond Green.
She was found shot to death on the sidewalk on Walnut Street near Liberty Street. Green is the victim of the 4th homicide in O-T-R since last Wednesday.
Police have arrested 36 year-old Taureen Rice and 34 year-old Johnathan Green. They are both charged with murder.
At this time, it's unclear if there is any relation between Diamond and Johnathan.

For the year, the number of homicides in Cincinnati is down almost twenty percent from last year but a recent spike in gun violence has claimed another life. Police are investigating a murder in Over the Rhine on Liberty at Walnut. The victim is a woman in her twenties but at this point no other information has been released.
This murder is close to where 36 year old Sherrard Dunlap was gunned down early Sunday morning and in the same neighborhood where 21 year old Thomas Maul was shot Friday night. Over the Rhine was also the scene for the murder Wednesday night of the shooting of 57 year old James Able on Green Street.
The four murders in six days do not appear to be connected in any way. Anyone with information on the shootings is asked to call Crimestoppers at 352-3040.
