(Pleasant Ridge) – An evaporator unit for the HVAC system is what caused the massive fire on Montgomery Road in Pleasant Ridge earlier this month.
The Cincinnati Fire Department released the cause of the fire today after investigating the blaze. They say the building the formerly housed apartments and the Coffee Exchange is demolished.
Cincinnati firefighters battled the three-alarm fire for hours on June 7. The fire also damaged Molly Malone’s Pub & Restaurant. No one was injured in the blaze.
