( Hamilton, Ohio ) - In court on Friday, a Colerain Twp police officer pleaded not guilty to importuning.
31-Year-Old Robert Brinkman is accused of soliciting a minor for sex and contributing to the delinquency of a child earlier this month. The alleged victim is between the ages of 13 and 15.
A statement from Colerain Twp says that Officer Brinkman is under suspension while the department conducts its own internal investigation. He was hired in 2013.
He was freed on his own recognizance, but was outfitted with an electronic monitoring device.
