( Middletown ) - A not guilty plea on Thursday from Dennis Schiavone Jr to a charge of attempted voyeurism.
He's accused of trying to take video up the skirts of women at the Kroger on Oxford State Road on July 2. Investigators say he rigged the camera of his phone to shoot upward from the bottom of his shopping cart. Schiavone Jr has another court hearing at the end of the month.
He lost his job in the Butler County Sheriff's office in 2003 after he pleaded guilty to sexual battery for having a relationship with a 17-year-old.
