(700 WLW)- The Freestore Foodbank celebrated the 24th Annual Rubber Duck Regatta on Sunday with more than 176,000 rubber ducks swimming in the Ohio River. The owner of the first prize duck, and winner of a new 2018 Honda Accord is Josette Anderson-Price of West Price Hill, won a 2018 Honda Accord, courtesy of Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky Honda Dealers. Christine Anderson from Cincinnati is the winner of $5,200 in groceries from Kroger.
