( Mt Airy ) - Police say they've identified human skeletal remains found this past summer.
On August 22, officers were called to a vacant lot along Mehmert Avenue on reports of part of a body found. Police describe what was found as being "bones," and they contacted the Homicide Unit.
Working with the Hamilton County Coroner, the remains have been identified as being that of 23-year-old Nickiesha Holloman. Her death has been ruled a homicide.
