( CINCINNATI, OH ) -- A North College Hill teen has been indicted on sex charges. Jeremiah Horton, 18, is accused of secretly filming himself performing sex-acts with an underage girl and then sharing the video.
Horton's phone is said to contain other videos of Horton performing sex-acts with young girls, none of whom knew they were being recorded. Three other juveniles are being charged for sharing the video from their phones.
