(Whitewater Township) - The man who shot an intruder in his Whitewater Township home overnight actually killed his own drug dealer.
That's what the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office is saying today after homeowner John Heard shot Andrew Naegele.
Heard called 911 this morning to say he shot the intruder in his State Route 128 home. Police later found out that Naegele was actually at Heard's house to collect a drug debt for methamphetamine.
Naegele was a member of the Iron Horses motorcycle gang. Heard is now also facing charges for using weapons under disability.
