Judge Sentences Driver In Prom Night Crash

(Liberty Township, OH) -  The 17-year-old driver in a prom night crash was sentenced today.

A judge sentenced the Monroe High School Student to six months in a treatment facility.  The teen will serve her term at the Miami Valley Rehabilitation Center.

She pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide and aggravated vehicular assault charges earlier this month.

The April 27 crash killed Kaylie Jackson and injured Tanner Allford and Mitchell Foster.

It happened on Millkin road and speed was a factor, with sources saying the Tesla the teen was driving was going faster than 100 miles per hour.
