Bengals RB Arrested in Florida on Battery Charge

( Miami, FL ) - Bengals RB Mark Walton was arrested late Friday and booked on a misdemeanor battery charge.

The Miami Herald is reporting that Walton got into an argument with a couple over where his car was parked. Apparently his car was blocking the entrance to a parking garage.

A physical altercation then took place when a woman took out her cell phone and starting recording Walton. The Herald said the two got into a tussle and both suffered scratches.

Walton, who played his college ball at the University of Miami, was drafted in the fourth round last year by the Bengals. He only rushed the ball 14 times for 34 yards in his rookie season.

There has been no comment from the Bengals on Walton's arrest.
