Cincinnati's Vice Squad busted a public defender in Hamilton County for picking up a prostitute in East Price Hill. Officers say they observed Alexander Petraglia stop his car on Fairbanks Avenue and pick up a woman who they say performed oral sex on the local lawyer in his car. Officers say they found $40 in the center console of the vehicle at the time of the arrest.
Kristina Hedges is also charged with public indecency and she is facing drug charges as well. Her arrest report says she had heroin in her purse.
Hedges has a long criminal record and has been represented several times in the past by the Hamilton County Public Defenders office but we cannot find any record showing Petraglia serving as her attorney. The Public Defender website in Hamilton County lists Petraglia as a felony trial counsel who has been with the office since 2016.
