Man who said "I don't like white people in my hood" locked up in Cincinnati

An 18 year old man is locked up in the Hamilton County Justice Center on four charges of felonious assault after firing shots at people driving down the street in Kennedy Heights. Investigators say the incidents were captured on video and right before shooting the gunman could be heard saying "I don't like white people in my hood." No one was injured in the shooting that happened in the late morning hours on Tyne Avenue right off Montgomery Road, July 25th. Devonta Allen is being held behind bars on $120,000 bond.
