Details of a disturbing abuse case are coming out of Brown County.
Prosecutor Zac Corbin says an 11 year old girl was essentially being held prisoner in a trailer by a Georgetown woman who lived in a home nearby off of White Oak Valley Road. That woman, 47 year old Margaret Breeze is now locked up herself in the Brown County Jail on charges of kidnapping, felonius assault and child endangering. Prosecutors say Breeze had cameras set up in the trailer to watch the 11 year old who weighed just 47 pounds when she was found. The child was discovered in the deplorable conditions after she took an online test and told the person administering it that she was hungry and wasn't allowed to have food that educator then contacted police.
