(700 WLW)- Cincinnati Fire sent to the report of smoke coming from a house in the 3500 block of Newton Avenue just north of Interstate 71 and west of 22 early Monday morning. Once on scene, firefighters were able to see fire coming from the first floor of the home and smoke coming from the second floor and attic. It took firefighters about an hour to get the blaze under control. Three adults, a mother and two adult sons, were able to get out safely. The cause of the fire is undetermined. Damage is estimated at $45,000.
