A Dayton Woman Jailed in Hamilton County for Exposing Others to COVID 19

The police complaint says she deliberately put Kroger workers at risk along with members of the general public. A Dayton woman arrested for shoplifting at the Kroger in Sharonville on Tuesday is now in isolation at the Hamilton County Justice Center.

28 year old Lauren Incarnato is facing charges related to drug possession, theft and exposing others to a contagion.

Hamilton County Sheriff Jim Neal says she is currently isolated from other inmates for 14 days and will be monitored by the medical staff. You can read the police complaint filed in Hamilton County Court below.
