Charges Filed in NKy Cold Case Disappearance

( Clermont County, Ohio ) - The man who was the last person to see a northern Kentucky teen alive after a party back in 2010 is now under indictment on charges related to her disappearance. Jacob Bumpass is charged in Clermont County. Some of 17-year old Paige Johnson's skeletal remains were found there earlier this year. Bumpass is not accused of homicide, however, because a cause of death for the young mother has not yet been determined.

Kenton County, Kentucky, Prosecutor Rob Sanders spoke with 700WLW's Eddie & Rocky, saying investigators will take what they can get, and if evidence is found to help determine how Johnson died, charges against Bumpass could be upgraded.
