A man arrested for having photos of children in sexual situations is in Hamilton County Jail with a high bond.
Christopher Muldrow, a 33-year-old Oakley man, is charged with pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor.
Court records claim the man admitted to police he had sexual photos of 2 year old girls on his Snapchat account.
He was arraigned Thursday morning and his case is now going to the grand jury. He'll be back in court on October 19th for their report.
After his initial arrest, investigators now say Muldrow was grooming, enticing and soliciting 13 year old girls from all over the US for sexually explicit material. They've identified three victims, in New York, Arkansas and Colorado. Hamilton county believes there are more underage victims and asking potential victims to come forward.
